Shipment from Berlin to everywhere.
Your orders are sent 1-7 days from when you make the check-out.
You will receive an e-mail with the tracking number when your order is shipped. :)
Delivery
National Deliveries / Germany: 3- 10 days
International Deliveries: 7 - 20 days
Returns
We are not really able to make returns. Please, double-check your order before paying. Thanks for your patience and understanding. <3
All orders that are delivered and confirmed as undamaged, or where we have not been informed of any courier damage within 24 hours of delivery, are deemed to have been accepted by you in good condition and will no longer be replaced by us for free on return of the damaged item for disposal.
